There was a lovely young lady I could tell as soon as I entered the store this is because of the way she greeted me as I entered the shop this was my first time trying tortilla so I asked her for advice and she politely listed the menu and asking what I was looking for and what I liked. She was getting to know type of meal I wanted and was telling me how the wraps tasted and the other meals . She was very patient with me as I was indecisive and I am a very picky eater anyone else usually gets impatient and irritated when I ask questions as I am new to this country staying here for couples of months. Due to her being so kind a thoughtful I will definitely be returning to this place for the food and to be greeted by her warming atmosphere she provides. I ended up taking a quesadilla which tasted amazing! Give her a pay rise!!

Tortilla is a casual QSR spot where orders are placed conveniently at the kiosk, making the process quick and easy. We tried the nachos and a burrito rice veg bowl, and both dishes were packed with fresh, vibrant flavors that really stood out. The portions were generous, and the seasoning was just right, making it a satisfying meal overall. Seating, however, was quite limited, which could be an issue during peak hours, though we were lucky enough to find a spot. It’s a great option for a quick, flavorful bite when craving Mexican food on the go.

Don’t waste your money getting the quesadilla. They changed the recipe now it looks like a wrap with cheese, half spoon of meat and even less pico. Was served by Monica who was just talking over my food with her colleague definitely not regarding my order. Also there were like 3 flies going around the food. Do not recommend!

The food was really good. Clean inside. Seating was spacious and comfortable across two floor. Server was a little distracted.

Been going to tortilla for years but had the worst experience at london Bridge tonight. Don't do a 2for1 offer and then not have enough staff or food to fulfill your orders. Queued for 15 minutes, many delivery orders put ahead of us. Order 2 large naked burritos, no vegetables, no pork, no beef only dry chicken left. A measly few chunks, everything was the most stingey portion I've ever had. The food they did have was scraped from the bottom of the tin, the pinto beans dry and stodgy, the cheese remnants dry. No guacamole, no tomato salsa, no lettuce. Couldn't believe how light my bowl was, certainly not a large or worth £8.20. Staff looked bored and uninterested, no apology.

After a very long day popped in here for a quick bite to eat with my son. We was served quickly and efficiently by Katie who was just lovely, she explained the ordering system and was hospitality personified. The food was yummy. Would definitely recommend.

Food nice and healthy, but fed like a baby. £10.50 for a naked burrito and drink…. Bigger robbery then hat and gardens.

This is what £7.75 at Tortilla gets you… I ordered a medium salad bowl which (as a default) comes with a lettuce base, a choice of beans, a protein, cheese/sour cream, and salsa. As someone who is lactose intolerant I wasn’t able to get certain toppings e.g. sour cream, cheese so I chose to have lettuce, pork, pico de gallo, and guacamole (despite the staff not being able to tell me whether the guac had dairy in or not and trying to redirect me to an allergens QR code which I couldn’t find…). When I got to the till, they charged me extra for the guac without voicing the fact that it would be an additional charge when making my bowl. On top of this, I didn’t get any beans, sour cream or cheese so I politely asked whether I’d be able to substitute these items for the guacamole (without the guac in my bowl I basically would’ve been paying for some lettuce, pork and tomato for £6.65…) and the employee behind the till refused the substitute which frustrated me. I moved on and went to speak with my cousin who had similarly just got a salad bowl. She told me the same Tortilla employee had just served her and given her guacamole free of charge which frustrated me even more… In the past, I’ve absolutely loved Tortilla - I follow their Instagram, was there for the opening of the London Bridge Tortilla, actively participate in competitions/feedback/burrito fridays etc. but this customer service has unfortunately really put me off going back, especially to this branch
