   Took my car here for a service, and wheel alignment. Make's the price up on the spot on pickup, Differently from the quote, then says he only quoted for the parts, who does that?? Never completed the wheel alignment. Then says i owe him money for the wheel alignment (which wasn't even done.) His own mechanic tested it and said its off...still refuses to do it. 2 days after the service the oil light comes on so took it back guy gets extremely aggressive it was 2 ltrs short of oil refuses to take responsibility or reimburse me for the oil I had to buy. Guy is a scam artist. After 2 hours arguing looking likes he's going to have a heart attack he gets his mechanic to throw a tenner at me through the window to pay for the £50 of oil i had to put in. Utter incompetence. Don't be fooled by the calculator bashing on pickup he's ripping u off. Avoid. To add, I paid 350 quid to this joker for this plus £50 in oil I had to buy minus a tenner he threw at me, for basically a non complete service and a non existent alignment. I'm sure he'll comment saying he doesn't know who i am as with his other complaints.

   Great service on a Friday afternoon when we showed up with an urgent brake problem - they immediately made space for us, got the parts in, fixed the issue and stayed open beyond normal closing time to make sure we were all set and able to get on our way - all for a really fair price and honest diagnostic.    I contacted Arc 1 Tec yesterday late afternoon, explained my situation with a faulty EGR valve, was asked to come down and try a diesel valve cleaner for free, if that didn't work to call back and book in. Great help and support from the manager as he was very knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. Would certainly recommend.
