   A nice store. Spoke to a member of staff. I think her badge said Lucy. I could be wrong. Anyway I got the impression Lucy was quite the arrogant. I'm assuming she's the manager. I just wanted to look around. Enjoy the shop. Which is cool. Nice store Next. Just maybe do something about your manager.

   always friendly staff and fairly priced clothes. however they spray a wild amount of perfume or something inside the store so the shop always smells incredibly strong. as someone with sensory difficulties this isn't very accessible for me so I don't go in much. but if you do not struggle with this then I recommend going

   Came to the store today and had honestly the best shopping experience! Was served by a lady who's number I believe was: A002 (covered in tattoos and beautiful long burgundy stiletto nails) she was so helpful with sizing of items and suggestions on outfits to match. She is a credit to the store and company and truly thank you for making an experience I usually dread....an enjoyable one! Purchased a linen stripe shirt and frill black midaxi dress

   Tried to do a shopping with blue light card discount. Had no physical card with me. Showed the online account. Couldn’t show the card to them. Told me that I need either a physical card or virtual card to do shopping. I totally understand that. But The way I have been told about it was not very helpful. I felt like I’m trying to do something fraud. Not happy at all

   This is more of a customer service review ! I was in the store today browsing when a young lady wanted return an item with the receipt!! The young lady tried to explain the reason for returning but almost before she could finish the abrupt lady behind counter said “ without the Kimble still attached you can’t return anything “ the young lady then said can I exchange the item ? “….”” No sorry replied the assistant quite quickly”” Not great customer service I would like to ask the assistant … would you like to be treated the way you treat the young woman????? I think your answer would be no! In these horrible times it would have been wonderful if you could have shown a little kindness MISS MEANIE! Plus you were on the shop floor on a call with loud speaker on for all to hear what the sales figures were for this week , month year to date etc ! Customers don’t want to hear all that , show a little professionalism! What goes around cones around might do you well to remember that!

   Great place to get lovely products for a lady of a bigger size. Has an array of different options catering to many shapes and sizes whilst not breaking the bank. Very friendly staff that are there to help if needed.
