They took control of the insurance claim, liaising with the insurer on our behalf - taking away that stress and potential phone calls. We were provided with a lovely courtesy car which again took away a lot of stress & our car was returned sparkling. All work to a high standard & carried out so quick!!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely First-Class Service I recently had my Tesla repaired at Parkway Prestige and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. From the moment I got in touch, the level of professionalism and care was clear. Chloe and Margaret in customer service were fantastic – friendly, efficient, and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and their communication made everything smooth and stress-free. Chris, the Damage Assessor, was also excellent – incredibly thorough, highly knowledgeable, and clearly takes great pride in his work. He explained everything clearly and gave real confidence that my car was in safe hands. The repair itself was flawless, with real attention to detail. I was also provided with a courtesy car which was absolutely immaculate – a really nice touch that just added to the overall quality of the service. The whole experience was seamless, and it's obvious the team at Parkway Prestige take real pride in what they do. A truly professional and meticulous outfit.    Parkway Prestige - absolute legends! The only place to get your Tesla fixed. This morning, I discovered damage to my front bumper from a selfish hit-and-run driver who didn’t even leave a note (thankfully, my Tesla’s Sentry Mode captured it). I spent the day stressed, researching how to file a claim and report the incident. Eventually, I decided to visit Parkway Prestige for an estimate. Despite arriving just 20 minutes before closing, I was warmly greeted by two friendly receptionists who offered me a hot or cold drink while I waited for a mechanic. Enter Brandon - an absolute legend! He inspected the damage and confidently assured me it could be easily repaired. He took my car to the garage for a quick assessment and returned within minutes with the bumper in pristine condition. Honestly, you have to see it for yourself! I can’t thank Parkway Prestige enough for turning my day around! I hope I won’t need to return, but if you’re a Tesla or any other vehicle owner in need of repairs, Parkway Prestige is the place to go. Thank you!

   I cannot thank Chris and the team enough for everything they’ve done to get my Tesla repaired after my accident which made an awful mess of the back door and panel. Being faced with the prospect of needing to replace both the door and panel which was extremely expensive, Chris did a detailed assessment of the vehicle’s damage and felt confident they could repair it, saving me a small fortune… and wow what a job they’ve done! You’d never know I had the accident, it looks brand new I can’t believe it’s the same car parts. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. Being heavily pregnant about to give birth at any moment I was so scared to be without my car, but Chris and the front desk team went above and beyond to get me fitted into the diary straight away and helped arrange a hire car so I wouldn’t be stuck for getting to hospital if needed which was all done very smoothly. My husband and I will never take our vehicles anywhere else for body work now - a brilliant, professional and skilled body shop with a friendly, helpful team of people running it. Wishing I could give 6 stars, thank you so much Chris and the Parkway Prestige team for everything.

   Firstly I was in a terrible accident! I was super disheartened but prestige parkway did an amazing job with bringing my baby girl (car) back to life. The staff are amazing they have time for you and always reassure you. There communication skills are 10/10. They did not disappoint when I picked the car up. I’d like to thank Branden, Natasha, Margaret for their amazing service. I hope they get a pay rise or some recognition for their work.

   My Tesla Model 3 went here to be repaired after someone reversed into the side of it in a car park causing £15k worth of damage. The rear passenger door, quarter panel and bumper were damaged. It took a while for the parts to arrive but that is totally down to delays with production at Tesla. The final repair is flawless and the paint work is brilliant. Honestly I don’t think you can go wrong with Parkway Prestige.

   The Parkway team have just completed the repair of my Tesla 3 that was involved in an accident that meant that pretty much all the panels on the near side had to be replaced. They kept me up to date on progress throughout and the returned vehicle looks as good as new. I hope not to need their services again, of course, but, if your vehicle ends up in their capable hands, you can be assured of a good outcome.

   Recently had my Tesla Model S in for repair at Parkway Prestige. The car was collected on a low loader whilst I was away on business, and all work was carried out efficiently, speedily and to a very high standard. Communication between Parkway & myself was excellent, I was kept up to date with all progress and they were very responsive to other requests. Wheels looked fantastic when they had been refurbished. The paintwork is now excellent. A great job and highly recommended. Keep up the good work
