Went there for the first time tonight. Very friendly gents inside. We ordered special curry and char sui peking, both were gorgeous, the curry is how you always wish a curry would taste but never does, until now anyway! Thank you!
Ordered chicken fried rice with tub of curry and tub of BBQ sauce. Found it open on a Sunday which was good. Staff where friendly didn't take long to wait for order. When I had it. Curry and BBQ sauce where nice. Meal was nice. Chicken a little crisp round the edges and there was something green in it not sure if it was Cellary. Leek or Spring onion. What ever it was didn't add to the flavour. The food a bit tasteless and chicken dry. Not the best Chicken Fried Rice I have had.
Had a fantastic meal from Yeung Sing, food was cooked perfectly and was excellent value for money with generous portion sizes. We had the combo starter, king prawn chow main, and the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. All was delicious!
Previous owners did better job at making Mixed Grill …. The chippy has new owners since last year (2022) so dishes do taste different understandably Well, plus side is the Singapore vermicelli was tasty and sweet sour chicken was good. Also they finally take card payments
This place has got down hill so much food tasted bland and took 1hour and 20 minutes even after they said on phone 45 minutes called up several times the man could not understand me

Possibly the worst chippy I’ve been to. The only reason I’ve not given it 1 star is because we arrived after closing time and they served us with hot food. The “large” chips were undercooked and not large, the peas were garden peas and had a weird sweet taste to them and the gravy was so thick we had to water it down at home. Will not be returning.
Love virtually all the food from here. Only bad thing is the fish, which is bizarrely very flat and crispy all the way through. I thought it was a one off, so tried it again, and again the fish was really flat and hard. Like a thin piece that's been cooked for too long. It's the same every time. Other than the fish though, the food is fantastic.
Excellent chippy food. Large and tasty fish. Mixed grill always great. My family and I moved last year but we still get the odd delivery from here because of the food quality itself. Chinese dishes, are great, my personal recommendations are their Special Fried rice, soups, chow meins and salt pepper chicken. Prices are very fair too.
