Team fitted me in at very short notice with an intermittent bearing or brake issue. Owner, I presume Rick talked me through plausible causes, potential prices prior to a full diagnostic. Team was really busy (probs around 15 cars awaiting repair - a busy garage is a good sign) and unable to get to the repair straight away but if I had pushed on a quicker timeline I'm sure it would have been accommodated. Was going away and leaving the car over the weekend was no issue. Come Monday issue sorted, nothing major just a sticky caliper. Charged an hours labour. Many a garage could have bled this out. I'm all for supporting local businesses and it's great to find an honest and trustworthy garage. My family use this service garage (recommended by them to me) and they'll have my future business here-on-in. Thumbs up from me. Highly recommended. Thanks team.

Been coming to this garage for a few years so it's a shame I have to write this negative feedback. The customer service here has always been rubbish, but every time I bring my car here the work has been great and I like to support local businesses. Until recently, I had my car serviced here but unfortunately the next day (due to their negligence) my engine oil completely drained out of my car whilst I was on the motorway, which resulted in me having to call the AA out twice. Rick rectified the problem and reimbursed me which I was grateful for and I decided to keep taking my car to them despite the mishap. Ever since this incident, the way I have been spoken to has gone downhill even more. I've had to take my car in a couple of weeks ago regarding some issues. When I took it in the first time, my car wasn't even touched and no phone call from them to let me know that they didn't have time to diagnose it. Took it in the next morning, they diagnosed it but didn't bother to call me. Then Rick booked my car in for the 1st sept which was their next availability (so I waited 1.5 weeks), only to be turned away by the older guy quite rudely stating that Rick was not in so I would have to bring the car back the next morning. Unfortunately with all this building up and so much time wasted, I won't be coming back to this garage anymore. Enough is enough...

I would not recommend this garage based on their customer service. Communication was poor from the beginning — I had to keep chasing them for updates, and when I did get answers, they were vague and dismissive. The staff didn’t seem interested in explaining the issues with my car, and when I asked questions, I felt rushed and brushed off. To make matters worse, they promised the car would be ready by a certain time, but it was delayed without any notice. A simple phone call would have gone a long way. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Superb service. I had an issue with the latch on my bonnet so I couldn't change my headlight bulb. I expected to have to book it on but Rick and his crew sorted the problem there and then, even fitting the bulbs. And I expected my bill to be a lot higher than what I was pleasantly surprised it actually came to. Definitely recommended.

I just want to say what a great service these guys offer. I took my car to have the brakes looked as there was an intermittent grinding noise. They said it could be one of a few possibilities. They accommodated this last minute even though they were already super busy. They could not find anything wrong and did not charge me any kind of service charge even though I offered. I could not recommend this garage enough and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I needed to change brake pads and discs at short notice, they were able to look at the car on the Monday I called. They were able to replace the pads and discs for both rear wheels at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this garage to any local, good service, did the job by the time I needed the car back.
