   One of the most ridiculous trips to a shop ever, you cannot exchange items for gift cards and the section was awful. It's essentially the same 3 jumpers and trousers repeated. The blonde till assistant was so rude and standoffish I will never visit again. Went to the Alfreton branch and we were helped and given a gift card for a balance in less than 5 minutes

   Wanted to return a top .. didn't have receipt .. couldn't do anything they said .. no exchange for smaller one .. so left with top to big .. I understood their policy .. but before I finished speaking lady was very rude just walked away .. felt very upset and angry with how rude she was .. customer care awful .. will not be shopping there again. .. I've worked in retail .. and would not treat anyone like I was treated .Crystal Peak branch Sheffield .. asked to speak to manager.. said I had to go on line and E mail

   Stock was a little low today. I wanted a specific item of underwear which I've purchased from Peacocks many times before. Unfortunately it was out of stock and the selection of lingerie has been drastically reduced. I did manage to get my son's both a sweatshirt for Christmas. Apparently the internet has been down since last Tuesday (5 days) so you can only pay by cash as the card reading machine will not work, this is a bind.
