Terrible customer service and overpriced abayas. The no exchange or return policy is absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and money. there are so many better options with beautiful, more reasonably priced abayas. I regret shopping here and will never return. I want to make it clear that I did not raise my voice. I spoke politely and respectfully. However, when staff members are not fluent in English, it's understandable that there may be some difficulty in communication or misunderstandings!
