Visited for the first time today and I was absolutely delighted with the product help and knowledge I was given. Both Janice and Louise were so helpful and friendly, reminiscent of how assistants used to be in the good old days! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely shop to any other ladies looking for something different with excellent service.

Be careful before buying!
They do not accept returns, and this policy isn’t made clear at the time of purchase. I only found out after traveling an hour back to the shop—only to be told I couldn’t return my item. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Make sure you're absolutely certain before buying, because there’s no going back.

Disappointed. At first I was delighted with this find.
Afterwards, in their ‘one-size’ garments they had sold me, I learned that I had been sold one MEDIUM, one LARGE. I would say I am medium. Because of their style of selling (personal shopper) when I tried the first dress on, which I later learned was medium, I was thrilled with the compliments I received from the staff, so much so that I asked if there was anything else I ought to see/try on. The dress shown to me was a nice pattern, I tried it on, and was again complimented. I left the shop having purchased both, only to realise that the LARGE had extremely large armholes, so deep they show the side of my bra in it’s entirety. There is also a lot of material in the front, so much so that it’s not a very complimentary fit.
Unfortunately for me, so much praise and good feedback led to me not noticing these things until I had worn them. I stand by the purchase of the MEDIUM in every way; unfortunately the same cannot be said about the LARGE. I am unable to get any help from the shop, having given them the opportunity of my feedback. I did it the honest way; though the tag has been cut out I still have it.
Needless to say I won’t be returning - so the loyalty card promised to me but not received is academic really, isn’t it?
