Visited this shop today to buy a suit. We asked for a Medium at first but it didn’t fit, so we requested a Large. The staff member gave us the suit in a different colour to try on and mentioned he would get the correct size Large from the store across the road. However, he seemed rushed while serving other customers and quickly packed the clothes. Later, we realised we had actually been given a Medium again instead of the Large we needed. Very disappointing, especially as we had travelled from another town and needed this suit for a wedding. The rushed service and lack of care left us unhappy with the experience.
