   This was our first time ordering from this place, and unfortunately, it will also be the last. The delivery was prompt, and the chow meins were actually quite good – full of flavor and well-cooked. However, the rest of the meal was very disappointing. The prawn curry was incredibly bland, almost as if it had been watered down – I could barely taste any curry at all. The green Thai curry was even worse; it resembled porridge more than curry, and the chicken tasted like it came from a tin – soft, flavorless, and unappetizing. The biggest letdown, though, was the salt and garlic calamari. It was clearly frozen, not fresh, and had a soggy, rubbery texture that made it hard to eat. It honestly felt like chewing on wet pillows. Really disappointed overall. A good chow mein isn’t enough to make up for the poor quality of everything else.

   A really high-quality takeaway experience! Online ordering very easy, with excellent search options and interface, and in-shop service was very quick, friendly, and efficient. And then there's the food - beautiful, tasty, succulent, dishes, with a very large amount of chicken in the chicken curry. I'll be back !!!!

   Local Chinese takeaway. The Mixed starter box is a bit greasy but tasty, the portion is generous. The general food quality is pretty standard compared to most other Chinese take outs in the area. Have been back several times.

   5 STAR ‘THE FOOD IS EXCEPTIONAL’ So this is the second time we’ve ordered from the New Golden Palace in Greenford. The food was as good as the first time. We ordered the Set Meal for 4 as we like a display of options, and mainly because we are both extremely indecisive. The ingredients are as fresh as you like, you can just tell. In all my 40 something years, this is, by far, not one of but THE best Chinese I’ve had delivered from a take away. You want to eat it all because it’s just so tasty. Every bite. The king prawn in black bean sauce is rich, big chunky onions and peppers, the prawns taste fresh and just melt in your mouth. The beef with ginger is thick and super tender. Just delicious. I was full but after writing this I’m going back in for round 2. You won’t be disappointed !!

   This is a good local takeaway with a good selection and good connection to locals.i buy from here regularly as the food quality is good and the food is not salty. Its good. Support this shop and get a good weekend meal for family and friends. By the way the ribs are delicious, the Singapore noodles are delicious (ask for extra chilli)

   Fantastic, first time ordering from here this evening. I usually use China Kitchen in hanwell down the road. But this takeaway was far better cooked, traditional not greasy. Keep it up I will order from here now. Home delivery was also quick.

   I got the menu through the letterbox and I was about to throw it away, but the food photographer needs a raise. I was not able to keep my eye away from the lovely food It is really mouth watering. I was spoiled for choice. A change from ordering online through delivery agents. Their food was delivered on time and piping hot. It is also delicious. Their customer service is brilliant. Above and beyond. There was a confusion with my order and they were more than willing to deliver again and promptly. I will definitely order again!
