   I had a fantastic experience at Jack & Jones! The store has a great selection of stylish, high-quality clothing — everything from casual wear to smart outfits. The layout made it easy to find what I wanted, and the prices were really reasonable for the quality. A special mention goes to Becky, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find the right size and style, gave honest advice on what suited me best, and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out — it’s rare to come across customer service that genuine these days.    Not happy with Jack Jones staff could not help with the points at the weekend. You can’t call anybody. I think the point system is nothing but con staff don’t know how to get the vouchers from your points. They did try but obviously it’s a gimmick more of a chemic that you can’t even phone The head office or somebody you can talk to about the point system So I’m going I can’t even ask them to remove from the system because I’ll be going elsewhere to shop because they simply will not pick the phone up. Oh can’t pick the phone up because. They don’t leave a number anymore

   I had what I consider the best experience at a shop I have ever seen. My highlights was Becky the assistant manager. She helped me pick out sizes and styles and I ended up with the perfect pair of jeans. I also looked at t-shirts and Becky helped me as I'm colourblind and she told me what suited what jeans I had picked out and what colours the products are. I left with everything perfect and she gave me the confidence the wear stuff I usually wouldn't but it turns out the suited me a lot. All round, Becky was perfect with helping me and she was lovely and very patient helping me for my whole visit. I ended up leaving with a pair of jeans and 3 t-shirts and they were all perfect. Just want to say thanks a lot to Becky.
