This restaurant was a pleasant surprise, i dont live far and i cant believe i have never been here before , i was craving badly dimsum and this restaurant was nearest to me. The dimsum was very delicious and authentic. The wontons in broth were mouthwatering , definitely reminded me of my days in China - ended up ordering 2 bowls… i overate as their dimsums were very tasty. I will definitely be back , highly recommended, the lady that serve me was very kind and accommodating.

The trio chongqing noodles is very good. It is numbing and spicy as you expected an authentic dish to be. However, the beef is tough. The tendon is tender. The intestine too. The heat is on at the door but the room temperature is cold.

Stopped by for some delicious snacks and noodles. Food isn't spicy but flavours are nice. Had some Jasmine tea too. Around £15 per person, a bargain. The service was great and I'd recommend.

Really enjoyed my meal at Steam. I love dim sum and it was nice to try a local place without needing to go to Chinatown. Crystal Prawn dumpling (4/5), Siu Mai (4/5), salt & pepper squid (5/5). Nice dim sum & other item selection, friendly service and clean-modern atmosphere.

Lovely affordable restaurant in Hammersmith. Amazing wonton soup with super plump wontons and proper soup stock. Great dumplings steamed just right, not over steamed. Super dumpling wrappers nice and thin. Fabulous service from Latif. A lovely meal to help a friend celebrate their birthday.

Best Chinese dim sum for me in london. I’m a local so I go there quite abit. The prices are good, potions are big. They specialise in dim sum, got a small but all the essential ones you will find there. The waiter Jason is especially nice, very friendly and pays attention to the customers! I would highly recommend :)

The food was very tasty very affordable and huge portions for favourites like fried noodles and rice. The chilli oil for the wonton soup is actually spicy unlike many I've had in Chinese restaurants around London. I had seen it many times but never visited and now I'm surprised it is not busier than it is. A hidden gem!

On vacation in Europe with my boyfriend and London was our first stop. We were searching for a restaurant where I could get some vegetarian meal and we found STEAM. It’s kind of hard to find because of its location. Anyway, my boyfriend got the fried prawn rice and I got the vegetarian fried noodles. My noodles were one of the best tasting noodles I ever had. The veggies were crunchy and fresh, not over cooked and so were the noodles. Our meals were so good that we ate there two other nights. I really enjoyed my meal and so was my boyfriend. I would definitely recommend STEAM if you in Hammersmith on King Street. The owner was very pleasant and courteous too.
