   I am an expert dentist patient. Having several teeth removed over 50 years ago due to an impacted wisdom tooth, I have known many dental practices. Most good, some very bad. Dr Mirza has just completed a full composite bonding reconstruction of my upper jaw, and I am blown away by the level of perfection and artistry that he has worked to and achieved. Absolutely amazing. Nobody could ever fear visiting the dentist, if you are a patient here. Can I apologise profusely to the patients after my appointment, as Dr Mirza's attention to detail towards me, made him run very late. However, in future, I will be happy to sit and wait a long time to see him again, knowing that another patient is getting the same level of treatment that he very generously afforded me. By the way, all the other staff are brilliant too.

   For someone who dislikes dentists the wonderful staff here made me feel very calm and relaxed and I’m so happy with the work they did. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this dentist for any treatment and looking forward to my follow up appointment.

   I have been visiting at dentist at this location for over 30 years, but I had two appointments today one for the hygienist at 9am which went according to plan but I had a dentist appointment at 0930 and at 0945 the dentist had still not arrived to start his clinic. This is unacceptable and I had to make another appointment. This is a terrible service as I had to get to work too! However, I am not late to see my NHS patients! I currently pay for this service via Denplan which makes it worse! I would like to add that the receptionists and other therapists are always very polite and professional. Get your act together Dentists!

   Updated 1 March 23. As always, excellent service. Relaxed and calm. All staff were lovely. Would recommend highly. Excellent service. I wasn't kept waiting by the hygienist and she explained everything she was doing in a calm and friendly manner. I am usually a nervous patient but not at this practice. They all make you feel calm and relaxed. I've also seen Mr Mirza the dentist and he is soooooo good, as are his team. He didn't ever try to get me to have more expensive trearment than I needed. Reception staff are very efficient and friendly. My next appointment is already booked I highly recommend this dental practice.

   I didn't like the 'vagueness' of my dentist, he was unsure whether he could improve my teeth and implement a brace for my benefit. Basically, I didn't feel 'reassured' ! AND the continued work would have cost me substantially
