   So annoyed ! My family & I have been ordering from Chopstix for a long time, a few times the lady who took the order had been rude but I let it slide. Today Christmas Eve the lady on the phone took my order down wrong sent the wrong food. Missed items off ! Just kept telling me it’s my fault because she couldn’t hear me and she is very busy. I appreciate that being Christmas Eve, also to add insult to injury, the chicken that should have been beef was not cooked properly ! Safe to say they have lost our custom ! I am Sure they wont even care ! Shocking customer service !

   Phone person was extremely rude, I called from hospital and they asked if I was a patient and when I said yes they hung up. I called back again and they hung up immediately again. Apparently being a patient isn't worth there time. It was only on the third call that I threatened a bad review did the person actually take my order. Still waiting for the food butregret going through with it with such a rude company. Find somewhere else if you can

   Been going to the Chinese for over 10 years, the lady that takes the order was nice before but has now grown shoulders thinking she’s better than everyone. Seen her attack a family few weeks ago and today I got embarrassed in front of my kids. She told my daughter to shut up while I’m talking to you dad. I feel sick and sad the way she spoke to us like some third class citizens. All this was because I rang to order my food before the opening hours, I ended up walking away while she boasted saying I will be back but she will block me and my family. I didn’t swear or curse her once, she need Christ in her life as I believe she’s internally sad of recent as she use have a smile on her face. My personality let things like this go but she insulted me in front of my daughter .

   I used to order regularly but after last night WILL NO LONGER! I always ask for crispy noodles and unfortunately their sauces that accompany the noodles are tasteless but you have to order one. So I usually get the chicken and ask for the noodles to be served SEPARATELY so you actually get CRISPY NOODLES AND NOT A SOGGY MESS! How can you serve hot sauce on top of Crispy noodles and expect them to stay crispy?? That’s not rocket science? Well they got it wrong last nite and I requested the crispy noodles be sent over as I don’t enjoy soggy, wet noodles!!! They’re charging £9 for this dish which is a bit much but Hey Ho, they refused to send a batch of crispy noodles - which costs nothing?!?!! So mean!! So they have now lost my custom!

   This has become a go to takeaway for me and all of the dishes have been great so far, can't fault the staff or the food. You will need to order online if you are spending less than £10 and do not have cash available as there is a minimum spend for card. Delivery is also really good and fast.

   King prawn red curry. Restaurant quality food at take away price! Not stingy on the prawns and very hot! The lumps of spices were the only let down. Will definitely go again.
