    Ordered rice and dry barbecue robs.Absolutely shocking full of fat with oil dripping,heart attack material.Worst I have ever eaten.My go to takeaway is on Lind road Sutton its the best.They are closed for holiday so I used this establishment.pute pieces of fat fried absolutely disgusting.The women barely speaks English I get that,but she understood my order and was extremely rude.I DID NOT want a refund or replacement I just needed to tell her you cannot be serving up pure fat as ribs. On the plus side the dogs enjoyed them.

    Ordered a takeaway, waited over an hour for a fairly small basic order, gave them a call when still no show, was told something went wrong and that we had to wait another half an hour, we decided to cancel but then got a notification to say the food was out on delivery (just eat) phoned back to check but it was confirmed that the order was cancelled. Just to say we are spoilt for choice with takeaways and was able to order from elsewhere with delivery arriving within 15 minutes, choo need to take note!

    Called for a delivery at 6pm. The food came at 6:30 opened and spilled inside the bag so I refused the delivery. I was told by the person on the phone my order will be re made and sent out. 1 hour later I called back. They said I've paid for my order and took it from the driver?!!!! Then said sorry for the confusion I will need to wait another 30minutes for a driver.

    I ordered chicken chow mein for myself and my partner ordered black bean beef with rice with a side portion of chicken balls. Honestly, the chicken balls were full of oil that tasted horrible. The next day my tummy was really hurting and I had slight food poisoning. Disappointing because the shop looks clean from outside. Do they even change the oil?? Do not order from here.

    A few times now, we had a really bad experience with delivery!!! I was keeping it quiet but have to share it now. They don't even call saying its late or apologising for it! Things happen, but you have to let customers know!!! We are not going to wait to have our dinner at 11pm when we were told its 30-45 minutes. 1 hour passed, we called to check, and they said its another 20-25 minutes wait.... is it normal to wait for an hour and a half? By the way, they are just 5 minutes drive from us but we were exhausted from the whole day doing sports competitions and couldn't go. That's the point of take away. Also they always want cash and don't even bother about providing good service and food. By the way, we loved the food, but the last few orders were different and not really as good.

    The food is very good but the present sales lady is totally very RUDE!. Previews sales lady was totally very nice but these time she’s very RUDE! To the CHOO OWNER PLEASE SACKED your present sale lady!

    Poor service, we waited one and a half hours for our food despite being told to wait 45-60 minutes. After an hour we called to check the progress of the order and the woman on the phone was rude, sarcastic and put the phone down on us. She refused to apologise for her rubbish attitude and replied with more sarcasm. It seems that since the pandemic this establishment has lost its quality for good food and good service.

    Ordered via Uber eats... It was nice, not amazing but nice. Everything was hot and tasted fine. My gf commented that the salt and pepper squid would have been better if it was made using fresh chilli rather than dried. Not sure I would order again from Choo but if it's your first time...give it a go.
