Placed a phone order and was ready super fast! Our usual Chinese was closed so we tried here and this will be our new regular restaurant. Very lovely owners and delicious food! Thank you so much.
What a local gem! We got 3 main dishes, soup and sides for £27. The owner was so lovely and the food was very fresh and not too salty. I 100% recommend this place to any locals in the area!
This 50 year old business is surely an institution at this point. The owner tells me that one of the beautifully cared for plants in the window is 30 years old, saying that is was “older than you!”. After Christmas he says it will be time to close as he will retire. The food was delicious. What a loss to the community. This is exactly what makes London, London.
Lovely family run business. Owner is lovely. I’ve tried many other Chinese restaurants around the area and this one tops the lot. Not overly salty. Good portion sizes for a great price. Really tasty (based on sweet and sour chicken/ chicken chow mein/singapore fried rice. Their chilli oil is really nice too.

The owner is very welcoming, friendly and personable. The food itself is delicious, probably one of the best Cantonese/Chinese food in London! The restaurant is also very accommodating to vegans and vegetarians alike, the owner will remember your dietary choices well. Prices are very fair, nothing to complain about, I love it and have become a regular!!
Must try, worth the trip! A family owned Chinese restaurant, Green jade provides authentic Asian cuisine specialising in Chinese style cooking at an incredibly valuable price. Plus, he treats his customers like family with heartfelt sincerity. He remembers our preferences each time we patronise. Hands down, one of the best Chinese food you can experience in London!
