   Good quality clothing, not the biggest of stores, therefore don't carry has much stock has large store. Staff very helpful order some items that were not in store so arranged to collect next day for my local store near home. Located in the Cortonwood Retail Park with free parking and a decent selection of outlets to visit.

   Visited the Cortonwood store today and all the staff was very helpful. I was looking for a particular colour handbag to match my shoes and the lady on the till ( Cheryl) very kindly took my shoe to check there storeroom to see if they had any. Credit to your store for friendly helpful staff that go out of there way to help.

   Called yesterday Saturday 22/10/22 to buy some trousers for work, there is a man (didnt get his name) working upstairs in the gents section who was very helpful and always busy but always accommodating. Great customer service. Cost and quality of trousers are good.

   The store is fine, maybe a bit cluttered for my liking but the main thing for me is the one hour click and collect, I don't really see the point of this if the staff aren't able to find the items that it states is available and just refund you instead.
