Visited there today. Despite Skechers didn't had size 13 for me except one model. But one of the staff (Pam )was so amazing. She did go look for me and helped me to try it. As a disabled person I really appreciate this kind of support. Thank you.
Visited here with my disabled wife and Owen was very helpful with advising some possible wider fitting shoes and finding them for her. A real credit to your store.
Worst shop in J32 ask for assistance or information and out of the 5 that were on, only 1 person was helpful, the 4 that were on just stood talking about other things and on their phones No interest in serving customers when asked for help Been here 3 times and its the same everytime

This is my go-to store for trainers these days as they're so comfortable on the feet. There's always plenty to choose from but not necessarily the right sizes available. Staff are friendly and helpful but not in your face helpful (there if you need them). Got the blue ones as my size not available in red (if anyone's interested).
Had a brilliant service from lewis me and my friend came for boots and shoes he was so helpful couldn't do enough hes a asset to you x
Not sure, seem like dull trainers, for middle-aged and elderly, trainers made from some kind of lightweight fome / sponge
YY often get shoes a little bit less at this outlet shop.There is a wide selection of footwear.
When I was in this shop , 4 staff stood chatting , I needed assistance shouted and nothing ,I had to go over to them ,a girl got the shoe box for me and straight away she went back over to chat with her colleagues, I was annoyed as I needed assistance again , so once again I had to go over and ask for help and once again a boy this time delt with me got the shoe box and once again went . I found the staff too busy chatting , not helpful , very poor , another lady needed help and she could not get anyone's attention.
The sketchers shop its self is fab lots to choose from, unfortunately the female staff were stood about talking in the middle of the shop blocking the aisles i had to go and ask 2 times for help and they just pointed and carried on talking the male member of staff was very helpful. Had the female staff been more helpful and not stood in a group chatting I would have given 5 stars.
