   I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. I visited the store to collect an item I had ordered online and presented the confirmation email, which clearly included my name and order number. Despite this, I was told I needed to provide ID. While the request itself was reasonable, the passive‑aggressive tone of the customer service assistant and the manager’s dismissive “Okay” were entirely inappropriate. The manager, in particular, demonstrated very poor interpersonal skills and would benefit from further training on how to communicate respectfully with customers and staff. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment. If it were possible, I would give zero stars.

   The lady in the store either hates her job or just wants to be at home. Went in with my son and no smile or anything, blunt answers aswell. Asking her to check at the back seemed like she was annoyed. Dealing with "Kids" she needs to be trained in customer service. Shoes/trainers are all fine just need to look at the staff

   Had a great experience here and it was busy with back to school shoppers and their children. However, Gee was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She ensured I got what I needed and looked for other styles for me. She is a quality member of staff and assest to the firm. I highly recommend this store for your shoe needs.    Had the most lovely experience buying shoes for my 3 yr old here. Immanuela was our sales assistant and she was so playful and attentive from the beginning. Nothing tops her racing my daughter to the door and back for the “ultimate test for fit and comfort”. My daughter felt very special and I will definitely be returning.

   I want to pay a very big compliment to a member of staff here; her name is Diana. She was so helpful and kind and went out of her way to help us find the shoe for two sons. Not only was she extremely helpful but her attitude was kind and she was an absolute gem.    In this shop you are spoil for choices for children's and have to say that today the 06.11.21 ,had an amazing experience with one of the staff called Linda,she was so patience and understanding ,while we were trying so many pairs and no one fits but Linda went way and beyond trying to help us and eventually we have found a pair to match. I was nearly given up but bless her-Linda was amazingly patiently,calm and help us find the right pair of shoes that son loves it. 10 out of 10 for your sale skills and patience,understanding your customer,which in this case was a fussy one ;)) Should be Employee of the Month and other colleagues should follow your example. Well done Linda!
