   Nice to go into a shop where the staff aren't all over you. Nice relaxed atmosphere to try on boots at your own leisure. Plus got a good sale on leather boots at the moment.

   Well stocked shop selling (amongst other brands) Barker shoes at normal prices and a large selection of Barker shoes (imperfect) heavily discounted. I bought an imperfect pair at half price and the only "fault" was the stitching on the underside of the welted soles - the bit that comes into contact with the pavement - was slightly out (I'm talking 2mm!) and branded with the IMPERFECT stamp on the sole. Friendly and helpful staff that allow you to browse without pushing for a sale. Recommended.

   Excellent shoes . Poor customer service my husband burt some shoes two weeks ago on a Sunday young lady never offered to fit shoes or offer to help. He called the staff over to say I'll take this pair that's the level of service offered at elts Worcester. Pershore lady the following week was totally different customer service for my husband 100 percent better. But a little to far to travel when there's a Humphries closer to home. Sorry to say
