I was very happy with the service I got on the 5th November 2025. The young lady Ellie was very helpful and very kind helping me choose some shoes for my brother ❤️ nothing was to much for her.
Good shop for home basic needs, can buy everything you need for your interior, lovely trendy colour palettes and good quality of the stuff

Went in to Redditch store Sunday 23/06 and came across an awful member of staff, I approached her with a smile and asked if I could bother her for a moment and she frowned at me and shortly said what?! So I repeated myself remaining pleasant because we were birthday shopping for my daughter and wasn't going to let a grumpy person spoil the mood, I was asking my query about a size and before I'd even finished my sentence she turned around arm in the air calling across to the till area and side eyeing me like an irritation, not wanting to be dragged down to her mood I said never mind don't worry about it and left the store. Not once did she engage and say sorry could you wait a moment I'm just helping someone which wasn't obvious because there was another member of staff on the till with the customer. I ordered online instead but didn't really want to after being treated like that but my daughter really liked the trainers, will be looking what staff are on before shopping in that store again. There were two members of staff on the shop floor it was the older lady and the only customers in there at the time were us and the ones they were both helping.
Great place for shoes, trainers and boots, great prices and very nice and friendly staff.
The store manager in this shop is delightful , she is very polite happy and friendly, love it in there, we worth a visit
Many shoes but people working there don't care about customers.
Tidy shop..wrlcoming and helpful staff. Found a pair of Black Sketchers i really liked reasonable price..and they turn out very comfortable.. Reccommend this store.
A very helpful member of staff kept coming back to see how we were getting on, despite being busy. A good selection of shoes, well priced with a current school shoes offer. Very pleased
