    The staff were extremely unhelpful and the supervisor had a terrible attitude. The product we had bought was faulty and the supervisor said that she cannot allow an exchange without her manager present. We rang up customer service of shoe zone and the lady (Abbie) allowed the refund but the supervisor instore refused to make an exchange without her manager. We had to wait 40m to 1.15h for the supervisor to figure out how to put the reference code in the till. I am completely appalled at the customer service in the store. The staff member was clearly not trained right to use the till and did not have good communication skills.

    I do not recommend this store. I bought safety shoes with a factory defect. Only I could feel it after 2 days of standing at work for 12 hours. The soles had protruding metal stitches and the right shoe had bumps in the toes. This caused pain in my foot and toes. I wanted to return these shoes, the store manager said that he did not see any manufacturing defects and could not accept the complaint. £29.99 will go in the trash, because I am not going to work in these shoes. I thought it was a solid store.

    Good styles. Fantastic prices. Good range of sizes. Excellent place to get work shoes. Sneakers were more limited in range and not highly suited to sport/walking. Good variety of boots. Large range of cosy slippers and boots too.
