   Went in with parents and mum got some shoes in sale so welcoming chatted about places been etc and where folks from everyone so lovely explained meeting mum and dad on holiday as half way point and went back today to get my grandaughter their great grandaughter her first shoes .They were patient and kind and even took a photo.xx Such a lovely place.xx

   Brilliant!! Exceptional service. Everyone was so lovely, we were served by Olivia but the proprietor came and said hello as well as looking at the shoes. Much better service than all the times I have been into Clarkes over the years! So helpful, friendly and took the time with my little girl. I wish I had known about them for her first shoes! Oh well second pair of shoes she (and I) are thrilled! Thank you everyone! See you for the next pair!

   No stars deserved - I returned an item for a refund and stated to the assistant serving me that I wished to keep the plastic bag (which I had purchased separately on the day I bought the item) when another assistant intervened, glanced at the receipt and stated (as if I wasn’t there) “she didn’t pay for the bag” to which I responded “I most certainly did pay for the bag!”. I suggest that the assistant in question checks her facts and undertakes customer service training at the very least to stop her from displaying such rude and unacceptable behaviour in future!

   I would highly recommend this shoe shop. I have been taking my daughter here for shoes for years now and the service is always excellent. The staff are helpful and patient and always get a second opinion on fitting before you buy for extra confidence. We don’t live locally but we travel to Humphries for the service. We always leave with more than one pair of shoes!!!

   Highly recommended this shoe shop. Lots of polite and friendly staff who are willing to take their time with your child and get the right shoe. Plenty of choice and shoe fitting is also checked again by the manageress. You do not feel rushed here, no waiting for your ticket number to be called. Very happy with the service.
