Staff has gone down hill a bit here, they think a p*rnstar martini consists of just vodka and pineapple juice. Forgetting the passoa a bit aren't yous! It was watery, flavourless and disgusting we asked for a cocktail not a vodka with pineapple juice as a mixer. Attitude on her was absolutely filthy even after I tried to help her with it. considering I work in L1 and a regular here safe to say I'll be spreading the word around about it. However we did go the bar and correct it and a different lad behind the bar explained its the main bosses who changed it around and he fixed it anyway and it was gorgeous but we won't name him because we don't want him losing his job. Love to know a contact whoever changed the ingredients though so if there's an email feel free to reply with it

me and my boyfriend came here on the last day of our stay in Liverpool, we were drawn in by the 2 for Β£10 cocktails. Unlike most places these really did seem worth the money / cheap even for what they were. Lovely presentation, tasted unreal and actually felt them. Staff & the atmosphere of the place was also lovely:)

I've only been here before on sunny days and sat outside on the balcony with a pint. It's a nice place to spend an afternoon with a nice view of the Albert Dock. It does get busy though when the weather's good so you need to get there early if you want a table. Today it was cold so I sat inside for the first time. It's huge inside with two floors and plenty of benches. Service was quick and efficient and a good selection of beers. I must come back one day and try out the German food.

Great location, right in the middle of L1 and by the docs. The place is also huge, so it's easy to have larger parties here, or go watch games with friends. I would not probably go there just for the food, the chicken wings were nice, but the bratwurst options were not my favourite. Lots to drink though !

Pretty cool pub if you serve Steins! Ok so it's Β£12.50 a stein but it's a great change from the norm. This place also at the back has a sports bar with TVs and pool etc if your into that. Small outdoor area at the front if the weather is good too. Some fairly major steps to go up to get in. I'm unsure if there is another way in that's easier.

Visited as part of my Sister In Laws Hen Night the weekend. Nice atmosphere - downstairs was more chilled and relaxed with a live band playing. Upstairs there was a sports bar and a club room playing different music. Food was great! And there was a good range of drinks including cocktails. Service could have been a little quicker as some of our group had to wait longer for their meals compared to others. Nice outside seating area too. I don't normally like live bands but the two men that were playing on Saturday 25th June were great to listen to and watch.

After a good walk round we were ready for a drink and choose the Bierkeller as we thought would have a good selection of continental beers and it was on the way back to the car. Was disappointed with the offering on the bar. Pretty much mainstream UK beers with a couple of token German beers. The some tables outside remained uncleared for the duration of our visit which was attracting gulls which kept swooping down to grab the left over food. Could do with staff clearing up quicker to stop this. We wonβt be visiting again.

Absolutely unreal atmosphere. Everyone up and dancing and having a great time. Absolutely loved it. The food was very nice as well. Everyone was there just to have a good time and have fun. First time I've been and I would definitely return. We came as a group of 15 and there was plenty of food and drinks to go around.
