   Our go to Chinese takeaway! Piping hot and cooked perfectly everytime. Never ordered and had a bad experience, always great quality. Also very good value for money compared to others. Not greasy or oily at all the food is very clean and fresh. Highly recommend!

   Great store, as it was our first time ordering, they gave us a free portion of salt and pepper chicken. Their service is great and the woman on the phone is always very polite and kind. Food is always to standards and out of all the Chinese takeaways I’ve had this has to be top.

   I used to order from here a lot, however when I got my order today I was more than disappointed. Firstly, I didn’t receive hoisin sauce to go with my duck, and when I called to tell them they insisted “they packed it themselves and know it was in my bag” making me believe I was going crazy even with the order and emptied bags in front of me and wouldn’t send any back out for me. The egg fried rice tastes a lot like white boiled rice with hardly any egg in it, and the chow mein is also very tasteless even with sauce mixed in. On top of all of this, I continued to eat my chicken balls, where I discovered the chicken was pink and also not very appetising to look at (I will post pic). I must mention I am also 33 weeks pregnant so am not impressed at all. Won’t be ordering again.

   Absolutely fuming! After placing my order the lady that works there gave me a timescale of an hour & 30mins delivery time. I asked politely to cancel it as I can’t wait that long. Then she told me that it is fine she will ensure that they get it out as soon as possible. After waiting over an hour I called only for her to tell me my order is delayed. Why wouldn’t she contact me to let me know? She was already aware that I could not wait that long! Shouting over me while I was talking. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

   Excellent food and wonderful service. The food never disappoints and is the best Chinese takeaway in the area. The only thing to watch out for is that the delivery times can be extremely long. So, plan ahead if you want to order given it a good 1 hour for deliveries.
