   Appalling customer service, ordered 2 hours ago on pre order and they cancelled our order just before it was due to arrive, I’m surprised you have customers if that’s how you run your business.

   Ordered a combo platter the food was served as if I was buying a doggy bag. When I phoned up to give feedback the rude woman started shouting and said if I don’t like the way it is served don’t come back. I’ve been buying from them for years I can’t believe the rudeness

   Placed an order tonight with a very Angry lady ..got angry because I asked how much order come to as she has very strong accent I didnt understand her so politely asked again she turned angry aggressive and shouted "I told you 3 time" asked why the attitude she said " I tell you 3 time" when food arrived wasn't up to usual standard you could tell it wasn't fresh and had been warmed up.i phoned to let them know.will miss delivery man Ali his ALWAYS POLITE. they have lost a good regular customer tonight.no need for bad attitude from staff.

   Disappointed with the chicken chowmein last night. It was very dry, like the noodles had just been boiled and not fried, hardly any onions or beansprouts. Took it to my aunt's, a 5 minute walk away, and the food was just luke warm. Will not be buying again.

   Rude and arrogant staff tonight, normally polite people but tonight the young lady demanded a fee all because i asked for prawn crackers which cost them pennies and my bill was quite expensive. Pathetic attitude, so thats my lot from them. I know it sounds silly but the attitude was appalling. Crackers are cheap as chips, don’t ruin yourself by being a greedy takeaway with attitude because people will go elsewhere.. Your not the Chinese takeaway around.

   The owners are nice, food is amazing I recommend plain chow mien with chips and curry sauce… honestly overall a nice place (food doesn’t usually take long)

   This review is based on customer service. Called tried to make an order, woman on the phone had very strong accent, as I did not understand her asked to repeat, she ended up getting annoyed with me. Asked why she's rude. She just put the phone down on me. As I was getting takeaway next door I walked in and asked if we could have conversation. She was very defensive and did not let me talk. Not sure what's the point getting annoyed and being rude cos someone finds difficult to understand your accent.
