   Very happy with the service at Bathgate Dental Practice. Gerry (dentist) is great at explaining things and putting you at ease and bedside manner is brilliant, often get a laugh. Also, I visit the hygienist every 2 months and she is great too. I have recently joined the dental plan making it a bit easier on the purse strings.

   I have always dreaded going to the dentist and have never been to an appointment and not hated the thought of going back, until I went here. Gerry was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout my whole appointment. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist and definitely not dreading my next visit any more! Thank you, absolutely 5 star service.

   After an initial pleasant exchange over email with the Practice Manager who advised to call reception to make an appointment my wife called only to be spoken to by a rude receptionist that wasn't interested in listening to her to have an emergency private appointment made as advised via email. The receptionist was rude and abrupt. Made an appointment at another practice and was seen to same day with issue resolved.
