   Really nice practice. I had three teeth taken out at another practice (in preparation for a brace) and on the third tooth it went a bit wrong. Unfortunately the dentist made a mess of the extraction and It took a week to heal and be able to eat. I still had a fourth tooth to go and was referred to Ochilview instead. I had to pay privately so it was very expensive however the dentist got the tooth it in a very short time with little discomfort (the top of the roof injection being the worst part). It was a far better experience however what I would like to feedback is that I didn’t feel particularly reassured or cared for. It was very much in and out, despite noting I felt a bit nervous on the form. They weren’t unkind or rude but after such a horrible past experience I would have really appreciated a little bit more support.

   Fantastic staff and doctor service. They were so understanding, calm and gentle throughout. Every question was answered and my fear was taken care of so well. Really happy with the dental support received at the clinic.

   I’m such a nervous patient but always feel at ease when visiting the hygienist. Would highly recommend the air polish treatment, my teeth are so clean and without the uncomfortable experience of the traditional scale and polish. What’s not to like!

   I have had a wisdom tooth which has been causing me trouble for a while now. My dentist referred me to Ochilview who were quick to contact me and set a date for coming in. The whole process was so smooth! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and its such a nice atmosphere. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly and the removal of the tooth was so quick. The surgery itself is cosy and warm and spotless. I would recommend Ochilview without hesitation. P.s some great music during the procedure too! Little touches like that make it a relaxing environment especially if you're feeling nervous.

   Staff are courteous and make you feel at ease. X rays taken then the dentist explains everything about your teeth and gums to you on the screen. I feel very comfortable when visiting the surgery and have confidence in the dentist. Have also visited the hygienist. She was very informative explaining the procedure. Once again I had all confidence whilst being treated.

   Your customer service is horrible. Your receptionist tells people to hold on the phone and you can hear her giggling and joking in the background. That is if someone answers the phone in the first place. Your complaints procedure is apaling and your a tax dodger as your cash transactions aren't showing in your sheets.

   My daughter had to get a second wisdom tooth out that was coming in sideways and we didn’t hesitate to go back to Ochilview and have Girish take it out, what a lovely man. She is a very nervous patient and they were so nice. Mark the anaesthetist is just so nice and there was no hurry to get you out the door once in the recovery room. Thank you all again for looking after her so well.

   I've been for the check up and I've been told my teeth were " perfect". 2 months later I had an infection because of my wisdom tooth coming in the wrong position. I booked an emergency appointment where I had to go with my 3 months old as anybody could be with her that day , so he couldn't do me the xray, he said. I paid 50 pound and he told me I have to extract the tooth and the next appointment will be 150 the extraction plus 60 for the xray he couldn't do. My husband paid 150 xray plus extraction couple of months ago. I called the staff to book the appointment for remove the tooth and they want to book me again for the examination, which I've done already 2 weeks before, so I will not only pay 210 pound but also 50 for the examination when they want to give me again an antibiotic that I was already taking, as he prescribed me 2 weeks ago. The reception is never update and it's also difficult to speak with them and understand each other , and it's not only about the language! Same was during the hygene appointment, I paid 70 because they told me that " 50 pound it's for the basic hygiene plus 20 for the flouride paste " . Anybody would apply any flouride paste if I won't ask for it" . You also pay for 45 minutes when the appointment was in fact 10/15 minutes. What is this....I will never go there again. My English it's not perfect but I'm sure I've been pretty clear.
