   My first appointment scheduled for this practice. There is roadworks and temporary traffic lights just outside causing me to be under 5mins late. When I got to reception they had given my appointment away already and said I would need to reschedule and come back another day. Clearly I was the last appointment of the day and they simply didn't want to see me. I can understand if I was even 10 minutes late or if they attempted to phone me. But needless to say I will not be rescheduling or returning. I do not recommend.

   One of the worst unprofessional dentist I’ve ever been to. First I received treatment for temporary filling, (which lasted 2 weeks) I then had letters sent to my address charging me for treatment even though it was under NHS. Started the process of root canal by first, removing the nerve. I was still experiencing some pain after the filling was put in so I went to the dental hospital only to find out the nerve wasn’t removed properly. So because of this I didn’t attend two appointment to continue the root canal. I was then charged for not attending the appointment.. which is fine, but when I request the invoice so I could pay it and to unregister from the practice I was told to wait for a manger call back. I called on Thursday after noon and still have not received the mangers call and it is know Monday. I called the practice manager, and found out the receptionist I spoke to made false allegations against me on file , totally by the bullying I’ve just experienced as a patient.

   Was in here today with my daughter with an abscess! My last 2 appointments got cancelled due to the dentist not showing up at the practice! Got appointment for today and I have been waiting over an hour and a half! This dentist is usually fantastic! Would not recommend this dentist at all now! Very disappointed!

   Usually good dentists. But horrific waiting times, appointment times mean nothing at all here! Was in the Waiting room for over 1.5 hours after my 2 previous appointments where cancelled (dentist didn't show up then dentist off sick)
