   Karen and Melika are the dentists I've had at this establishment. They are great at putting the patient at ease. Karen is my usual dentist and she's very understanding of my mental health issues. Apart from that she's an excellent dental surgeon. Melika is new to me so I can't really offer any opinion as yet but so far my experience with her is positive. The only negative about the place is the attitude of the receptionist yesterday. She was rather curt, which I didn't appreciate. I don't always pick up on social cues but I got a negative vibe from her, so asked my son, who accompanied me, and he confirmed that she'd been rude. I think she heard us discussing her because when I handed in my updated medical form she was as nice as pie.

   I am very pleased with the treatment I get at this dental centre. I get very anxious and am not the ideal patient, but the dentist and the staff are very patient with me and make me as comfortable as possible. The friendliness really puts me at ease and helps me to trust, I’ve never seen the same dentist so consistently as I’ve always had issues, now I wouldn’t like the thought of having work done by anyone else. Highly recommend!

   I have been using this dental practise since I was a teenager and it has changed hands a few times but the standards have always been high. I find the staff very approachable and they make a trip to the dentist better than expected. My son (6) thinks you are good at doing your job, too!
