   Ordered at 19:03 online and still not arrived at 21:00.. restaurant kept making excuses and blaming delivery driver. Disgusting customer service. Sorry is not good enough when my children are hungry

   1 hour 40 minutes cooking time..... Maybe they shouldn't be a restaurant? Never ordering from here again. Or I'll put my dinner order in straight after I've had my breakfast.

   Always my go to Chinese in Romford! Food is fresh, always ready in 10/15 minutes for collection, prices are good and the customer service has always been great in my experience. I’ve only ever had consistently great meals. Highly recommend!

   Ordered at 6pm, food was supposed to be delivered at 7pm, called at 8pm to find out what was going on and told our order was 'cooking' but food then didnt arrive until just after 8.20pm. So even after taking over 2hrs to deliver the food and it being over 1hr 20mins later than the time they stated it would be delivered when we ordered they felt that they didn't need to offer a partial refund, complimentary items or a meaningful apology. Added to that I'd asked for curry sauce with the chicken balls instead of sweet & sour and was ignored. A bunch of items were cold and the chicken balls were soggy. The rest of the food was in fairness fairly good once warmed again but the service was pitiful. I'll never order from here again. If they'd said it will take nearly 2hrs 30mins to deliver the food when I ordered I'd have simply ordered from elsewhere with no hard feelings. After paying £55 for the order this service simply wasn't good enough. Once they have your money they feel zero responsibility to deliver a good service. Absolutely disgusting and shocking behaviour.

   placed order which was more expensive than menu phoned back after several minutes and queried the price and they explained it was a large portion so i asked if they could give me a small portion instead but they stated it had already been cooked and was too late even though only five minutes had passed ? but it still took them an hour to deliver the meal-work that one out,admittedly the food was cold -not impressed.

   Didn’t want to give 1 star! Ordered at 6pm now 8pm just told another half hour even though we called at 7pm and they said 15 mins. Absolute joke. Shame because were told this restaurant was good but customer service and timing is RUBBISH! If you’re hungry don’t order from this Chinese.
