1st and last visit but would have revisited. Would not return a sale item as they can't sell end of line items even on the website. Nothing written on my hand written receipts or verbalised at the time of sale. Unless you read the notices behind the checkout avoid this place. Even Trading Standards told me stores with a no return on sale item policy usually offer a good will gesture. Not these guys. You're stuck. No credit note no exchange unless faulty! Was told all stores have this Policy but sadly they don't. They value their customers. Even sent an email with a 24 hour reply window. Had no reply. Store staff rude and uncaring no customer service. Since found another Baby Boutique which is gorgeous.
