   Everyday on last three months i am having food and had a good experience overall. There were plenty of food options available, and the area was clean and well-organised. The staff at the outlets were polite and served the food quickly. The meal I had was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. It’s a convenient place to stop for lunch or dinner while shopping, and there are choices for everyone. I would visit again.

   The customer service was very bad. The lady on the picture was very rude and racist. When I asked for the receipt she threw it on my face!!!! Very racist. Everyone there were visibly shocked. I didn’t know how to react and walked away. But then I wanted to take a picture of her, and as you can see on the picture, she was giving me a side eye while talking to her colleague (he was a kind guy) and then she started shouting at me. This person is not suitable to work anywhere in customer service because she is very rude and racist. In this country this behaviour is unacceptable. Maybe in her country they behave like that, but this is the UK and she needs to adapt. She threw the receipt on my face!!! Who does this?! You need to fire this girl ASAP otherwise you will loose so many customers.

   This is my mum’s favourite place to eat in Bluewater. The food is always fresh and delicious. There’s a Moldavian lady who works there with dark hair, and she is always so nice, smiling, and friendly every time we see her. She is so patient all the time. Also, she recommends us good food every time. She’s a real asset to your company. 10/10 for customer service.

   Food is good. But the worker forced me to give Yangtze a 5 star review and watched me do it. She made me, not even 13 years old yet, do it before I grabbed my food after I paid. You earn those 5 stars by giving good food, which Yangtze has achieved, and good service, which you can’t achieve. Earn the 5 star rating. I felt very peer pressured into giving the review, except she’s my biggest enemy. I came with my dad yesterday, they were all kind to him. It may just be this lady but loads of reviews here are all about service. I usually don’t bother to give reviews, I haven’t even done one for Roblox but if I get treated this bad, then you’re getting a review just as bad. Usually people are all nice and sweet to children, I guess not in this case. Well done lady, earned yourself a new opp . (If you are an old person an opp is an enemy in Gen Z vocabulary) I am now enjoying my food and thinking of that lady. Shame on u short little lady with glasses. Think about what you did and how you shattered my poor little heart. She was very ignorant to my young being. Wasn’t very friendly.

   Such a shame to see so many negative reviews. Went there today as saw someone with food from here a few weeks ago and it looked really nice. I had the medium meal which is 2 portions from one side of the counter and 2 from the other side. The first side I had noodles and chilli chips and the other side I had the sweet and sour chicken and salt and pepper chicken,I also had a drink with this and it all came to £9.98. it was so much food for the money and was a struggle to finish it. All the food was delicious and fresh and I will definitely be returning for more.

   Yangtze is located in the food hall at Bluewater. Whilst there are plenty of different vendors to choose from, my children decided, against my better judgement, to go here. There is a good selection of dishes and, to be fair, the food is hot and tasted adequate for the price we paid. The portions however, are ridiculous, 2 (yes two) chicken balls is a joke, that wasn’t even a kids portion so no way it’s going to touch the sides with an adult. For over £6 it’s certainly not value for money. Would not recommend

   Food was OK, would not go there again for it to be honest. But the main problem with this place is hygiene. We saw the guy at the kitchen handling cooked noodles with his bare hands, then we had the lady serving us also touching our food with her bare hands. Considering the queue, which mainly drew us to try it, the food is not that good. Avoid at all cost.
