   Hello, yesterday I ordered food from this shop for my meal, which took a lot of time to prepare, so yesterday I had to leave hungry because we had already booked tickets to see the palace and the girl who worked there had told us that it would take 15 to 18 minutes, but it took too long. Because of which we asked her to refund our money. I was very disappointed because we had planned everything. We were taking time for our family for a long time, from which I did not even get to eat my favorite food and my time was also wasted. I am very angry we ordered around 14:20 chicken teriyaki & its not came yet 14:50 The girl who served us very well and I asked for the food to take a little longe and there were no customers in the other restaurant ,,like why our order was being delayed and the girl even offered us another food because she must have felt bad for us. She is very nice and she served us in good way / kokoro front staff serivce is Good , but why food took long?

   This used to be a great lunch option. Nice food, great taste and very generous portions - the staff used to have to force the lid on and secure it with cling film as there was so much food. Over the last couple of years, the prices have crept up and the portion sizes decreased. The pots are now 3/4 full of stodgy rice with a very small amount of meat. The chicken is still tasty but there's so little now. It's a shame as there's a lot of competition nearby and people with vote with their feet. Sad to say I won't be going back after yesterday's portion. I picked up the first piece of chicken and found the rice layer immediately beneath. The rest was rice.

   Friendly staff! Good food! Fast service. This is a fast food solution and it is well presented for its class. They wee in the middle of decorations the place while I ate there. They stick mango aloe Vera drink and I couldn't be more ecstatic about it. Also they are right next to the bubble tea place so try not to over eat. Seating could be better. As in better seats.

   We had the spicy tofu and while it was spicy, it lacked in flavour. I believe it used to have kimchi in the dish and taste different as it’s lacking flavour balance. It needs a touch of sweetness to balance out the spice and savouriness. Also, the portion size was too large and sizing should be clearer when ordering as we didn’t need to order two. The sauce also completely drowned the white rice so unfortunately it wasn’t enjoyable.

   I am a frequent customer of Kokoro, I go there for the amazing spicy pork. The person who usually serves me always has a smile and is generally nice and helpful. All in all I would recommend, though 10p for a bag is a bit steep.

   I got the katsu curry with pumpkin in a small size and the portion was generous. It was my first time and I will be going back to taste more. The flavour of the katsu curry was really nice and the pumpkin slices were soft from inside and tasted fresh. 4 star as the customer service could have been better. And yes it’s a pity they charge 10p for a takeaway bag.
