   So rude staff .. very poor customer service.. they are so wild and don’t know how to talk to customers.. it was buy one get 1 free offer in store.. there was label in front of the row that buy 1 get 1 free I thought this is for whole row so I mistakenly bought 2 pairs to till of which one was on offer and other wasn’t.. when I asked the staff , ,she literally shouted at me like come here show me where it says ,come here , come here ,in front of other customers I was terrified and embarrassed.. I went there around 11 o’clock on Monday 20th January 2025 .. hope this should be investigated..

   Pathetic Experience. I bought a pair of black boots and they look comfy in store but when I used them once in my job, they were extremely painful as the shoes doesn’t have any cushioning in it and I thought of returning it on the 3rd day. The lady on the till denied to make a return as the bottom surface of shoe was not as smooth as new. While making a purchase, She pitched me the 12 months return policy and denied return in 1 day of use. On top of it she was so rude and noisy. I know nothing will happen after this review and I’ll get a default reply to contact customer service but it’s just a warning to future customers to not go for shoezone and rather buy from other retailers. Shoezone has cheap products with cheapest staff behaviour.

   I found the product to be worth the price, it was easy to find. One of the Shoezone team member was extremely unprofessional. She behaved in a rude manner and when I asked about where I can find the shoe I am looking for, she didn't care to respond. I also waited longer for billing at the counter. The lady was not present at the counter, and asked me to keep the other pair which I had tried on the shelf. The shelf was at a height and I couldn't hang the pair. The shoes were heavy and the hanger was not helping. She passed comments to the other member when I said I am not able to reach the shelf, and then left the counter when I stood there waiting to be billed. This happened at the Leeds City centre store. Such an awful experience! Just giving that extra star for the product.

   I got a trainer of my shoe size last week and decided to wear it yesterday in the house to see if it was comfy enough but it was tight and painful, so I decided to return it the 5th day after purchase. I am extremely shocked and disappointed that the shoes were rejected and was told the surfaces are no longer smooth, therefore I can't change it nor get money back. I left the shoe with them. Poor customer services and totally cruel.

   One extra star for helpful staff but even for shoezone, the quality is awful. I bout 3 pairs of shoes from them and within 2 months, the soles have cracked and worn away on everyone of them and i might as well bought a expensive pair from somewhere else for the amount i paid for the 3 pair from here

   Not so good choice of trainers for work. Didn't want too heavier boot of too flimsy trainer. Went to sports direct instead. Had a sale on, so got 50% off.
