   Walked into this store today. immediately the two lovely shop assistants ( olivia and charlie)made eye contact and asked if i needed help instantly. From not really needling anything i ended up purchasing some items and was very happy indeed due to the staff going way and beyond as well as super informative. The lovely manageress whose name i have forgotten was also very nice and was from the North East. Why has this store got such a low rating totally baffles me... 5* all the way!!!!

   They received a return on 18th June (confirmed @post office website) Impossible to get hold of them by phone, it cut off after 9, 11 minutes wait, no live chat. No refund issued yet. Apalling.

   I went into store today with family members. Two of the employees working there were so rude and eye rolling each other when we asked for shoes to try on like it was too much effort. When I asked for their name as I wanted to provide feedback as the customer service was absolutely disgusting she responded by my manger is there you can speak to her. Manager couldn’t really be bothered entering into discussions. They then tried to make out as though there was an incident that had happened outside the store and they were pulling faces to this. Looks like some serious training needs to be provided to the workers here regarding customer service, not a pleasant shopping experience at all. If I could give zero stars I would!

   I bought a pair of black leather lace up boots recently (my third pair of shoes from Moda in Pelle) in the space of a few months. The liner in one show came completely unstuck (while wearing tights and socks) and was uncomfortable to walk in. I brought them straight back to the store. I was served by Donna and Laura who listened, understood that being in just one shoe, it was a unique situation, and handed me a brand new pair of the same boots. Very thankful for this service at such a busy, stressful time of year. Thank you, I will be back! :-)

   I would definitely recommend this store. I called yesterday in a flap as the shoes I needed to get for my friends wedding were no longer available in my size on line. Thank God for the lovely Abbie, who answered my call and was charming, professional and went the extra mile to search the system, find and order the pair I needed. Fantastic customer service!!! Thank you

   Shocking customer services. If you have a problem with your online order, do not expect any help. Left having to pay return for shoes that had clearly been worn and returned previously. However, they would not accept any responsibility. Go somewhere else. They do not care and are not customer focused. Shame as I have had some nice shoes from here in the past. I will never use again.

   I ordered an item online which I had to return. I am still waiting for a refund. Customer services advised the refund was made on 8th February and yet I only ordered the item on 11th February??? I have proof that the item was returned and signed for and yet still no sign of the refund. The after sales service is appalling. This is the 2nd time I have had this issue with them. I will never order from them again. So disappointed overall.
