   The food was absolutely delicious everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The restaurant was spotless and very well-maintained, which made the dining experience even better. Most importantly, the staff were fantastic friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their positive energy really made the visit special. A special thanks to Refkiye and Stefano for their outstanding service and kindness they truly made our day! Definitely one of the best Wagamama branches I’ve been to.

   Really enjoyed our meal at Wagamamas, food was tasty and service from Ruby was quick and attentive. Portion sizes were all quite generous. The prices have gone up again recently, but theres a 20% blue light discount which helps if you're eligible.

   A cosy and comfortable space. A must visit if you are travelling. Budget friendly, kid friendly and wheel chair friendly. They have vegan options a well. Their firecracker is a must try both in starters and main course. The mocktails were also really good.

   I recently visited Wagamama in Putney second time with office peers and had a great experience. I ordered the vegetarian Katsu with sweet potato, aubergine, and butternut squash, and it was delicious – full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and really satisfying. The staff were attentive and supportive throughout, making sure everything was just right without being intrusive. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and relaxed, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, a lovely dining experience – I’ll definitely be coming back.

   Went in tonight with a group of 11. The servers were very nice and quick! Struggled with eating with chopsticks but I suppose that’s a me problem. 12£ seemed a bit much for a vegan salad but it was good! Drinks a little weak but delicious!

   Today's experience was quite average for this Wagamama, and the last couple of other ones had the same outcome, sadly. The food was bland, and the ingredients just seemed remarkably unfresh; we wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, but it didn't cut it for me today, and it makes me sad to leave such reviews. Still, not everything we go to lives up to the standard; these chain restaurants are the main ones that tend to have this outcome. The staff were friendly, but the food was lacking; looks nice in the pictures but did not taste the same. In terms of location is excellent, near to both the East Putney district line and the mainline Putney station too. A*** LDT x

   We went to have dinner with friends. The service was slow....unfortunately, not organised. The staff members said they were understaffed, perhaps this was the reason. We asked for beansprouts to be removed from a main. The dish came with beansprouts anyway and I had to turn it back again. One of the drinks came with wrong size option. One of the sides (gyozas) was not even served and we were almost finishing the dinner. Rice and salad didn't taste fresh. Chocolate cake dessert was a bomb of sugar. The food was average quality, the service was bad (the staff was friendly though). The restaurant is overpriced and poorly managed. Won't return.
