I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible service my mum and I received from Uriah at COS in the Birmingham Bullring. From the moment we walked in, he had such a sunny, warm presence that instantly made us feel welcome. He was attentive without being overbearing and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was too much trouble, he was patient, kind, and so thoughtful with his suggestions. It’s rare to come across someone with such natural customer service skills and a genuinely uplifting energy. Uriah turned what could’ve been a standard shopping trip into a truly lovely experience. Complete shower, ordered an item from COS as a Christmas present 8 days ago, still no show. Spoke with customer services, stating that been dispatched to EVRI, checked with them who stated the item was still with COS. Not impressed with service, explanation was that due to too many orders problems with logistics. No solution provided apart from wait until the weekend

Cos online dont bother! Coat took a few weeks to arrive, poor communication. When it arrived it was a crumpled wreck, creases didnt fall out after 3 days. Disgusted by the poor quality, lack of lining and thin nature of this expensive garment, I sent it back for a refund on 8th December. I still dont have my refund. I was told they took 14 days! I had to speak with an advisor as 14 days came and went. The refund was issued apparently. However, there is still no money in my account, because apparently this can tate up to 10 days! Not much use to me! A multi million pound company hanging on to money is digraceful. Worst online experience ever. Wont use Cos either online or in store.
I went to COS in Birmingham Bullring Friday and was served by Grace. The service and attitude received from grace was 5 Stars ***** Very cheerful relaxed patient person who provided an excellent service to me and my girlfriend whilst we was shopping. A credit to her company and I hope this review reaches her managers as she provided a high class customer experience. Thanks Grace
A real asset in Birmingham bringing a scandi style aesthetic to the city. The clothes for women and men are very design led in a quiet yet interesting way. The store is bright and airy and the clothes well displayed. The assistants are very helpful and have a thorough knowledge of their stock. Encouragingly, these clothes are suitable for all ages and have a wide appeal.
Excellent shop, the staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn't find an outfit for a wedding and they brought me numerous outfits to try until I found one I liked. The materials and quality of clothes is exceptional and so clean.happy shopper who normally hates shopping!
