From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, fraiser went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable especially since it was my very first time trying sushi. He patiently guided me through the options, explained things clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations. Thanks to his kindness and professionalism. It’s not often that you meet someone who genuinely cares about making a customer feel valued, but that’s exactly how I felt. I left not only with a full stomach, but also with a smile. This type of service makes a lasting impression and reflects brilliantly on Itsu as a brand.

   Initial impressions were positive but unfortunately I had received the wrong item ordered. I ordered the vegetarian meatballs in coconut sauce for my partner to take away; instead, we were given a chicken dish. My partner who is a vegetarian was disappointed because she ate a small portion of the dish and had only realised then that she had eaten meat.

   The tap-to-order system is efficiently set up, the staff are very welcoming, and the food is great! The half price happy hour is excellent for student meals while it lasts! Very happy this location finally opened.
