   Just been to Clarks on The Moor with my son who is 18 and has severe learning disabilities. The shop assistant came over straight away and asked if we needed help. She was super helpful and patient and we came home with a well fitting pair of shoes. My son was able to say what he liked and he hasn't taken his new shoes of since. Topmarks for customer care.

   Shop at the city center. As usual quality shies are there but not a very big shop and neither good collection. Very few discounted products available. Kids shoes are available. 20%off for NHS workers. Good customer care. The guy is efficient.
