   It's only mid-October, and the school shoes are already trashed—despite walking less than 1 km to school. We usually get a full year out of them. Are shoes now made to last just one month? Absurd.

   Rude staff. Returned a pair of trainers that were incorrectly boxed. Then wanted to purchase an extra pair of trainers that were both in the buy 1 get 1 half price offer. Was told I can't return and take advantage of the offer so didn't purchase the second pair and you lost a sale. Won't be returning anytime soon to this store
