   When we were purchasing an item, they suspected us of theft and treated us very rudely. They were rough towards my family, even though we had a child with us. It felt like they were judging us by our appearance. They rushed us to select a pair of shoes and forced us to leave the store

   Located right next to H&M they had a very good sale area as soon as you walk in on their trainers and usually when you expect salute rubbish there they were actually decent in regards to the selection. Again found it strange they didn’t have Security on the door considering the security alarm was literally going off every 2 to 3 minutes without anybody being stocked. In regards to their selection there are lots of Adidas original stuff that was amazing to be fair that I’ve never seen before online or anywhere else.

   I got my Fila trainers from here. A vast range of prices and sales which I love. When I first looked at my trainers just the day before they were £50 The very next day they were only £35! But the service was strange. They only allowed me to try one trainer on and when I said I'll buy them, they said they had sent them to the desk despite seeing the trainer I had not long put down was still there on the seat. I went to the desk and it took a while to be tracked down and the line for service quickly built up.

   Visited on the 17th febuary .however the experience was dreadfull from the minute i entered with my partner we were watched like thieves and when i tryed two tracksuits on the guy on the fitting room took them off me and said " i need to check you havent cut the security tags off " seriously i mean just come right out and say i think your a shoplifter ! Then i hung both tracksuits up to compare and a female employee literally swept the floor 3 times in 3 mins and extra staff then stood on the door ? I purchased the tracksuit £120 and left. We then went to flannels and did not feel uncomfortable at all a perfect example of great service tackling shop theft . I returned the tracksuit today and will never grace the doors of the meadowhall branch again.

   Do not buy from store id give it 0 stars if I could took some trainers back said they had processed the refund through klarna they never did they lied ended up losing 165 pounds down do not buy from this store how can a jd store say they have no evidence of a something been took back to store?? Were did the trainers go??? Even with an order number?? Al repeat again do not buy from here

   Okay selection and range. Very nice helpful staff BUT the music is too loud!!! I have a soft voice and had to raise my voice more than I felt I should have to. Even the staff offered apologies that they have no control over it saying how so many other customers complain about the music daily. The store managers and corporate must be clueless.

   Staff really helpful at this branch. Son wanted a little man bag,. The staff member brought a good selection over for him to look at and see what they felt like. No pressure at all. Son got a nice little Adidas one (btw he's 6,. Wanting to copy old brother and step dad) excuse the badges and key rings. Parents of the year awards already sailed by lol
