   I ordered a Gym Box (chicken + salad) and what I received was shocking: a container that was about 60% food and 40% empty space. For £7.89, this is not just disappointing, it feels like deliberate shortchanging. The portion was so small it bordered on humiliating – more like a snack than a proper meal. When I asked for a refund, they accepted it, which at least shows they know what they’re serving is indefensible. But by then the damage was done – both to my wallet and to my trust. This isn’t just bad service; it’s misleading customers and undermining the brand’s promise of value and nutrition. If top management cares about their reputation, they should urgently investigate what’s happening at this branch. As for me, I won’t be returning. A meal should leave you satisfied – not insulted.

   Most disgusting experience I’ve ever had. Opened up my mix doner sandwich immediately spot chicken skin. You’d think it’s a one off whatever. I proceed to go through the rest of the meat, come to find out 80% was chicken skin and raw chicken. Very disgusting. This place needs to be investigated ASAP.

   Came here for a quick lunch after being impressed by their other branches. The staff was moody The tables were dirty & the food was below standard compared to the other branches. I would suggest the staff to keep on top of cleanliness by cleaning the tables after each customer & to provide service with a smile.

   Very nice location restaurant a Tad small, food and beverages was okay. Kids enjoyed the food alongside the salad the chefs cooked, tasty, kebab, wrap and the staff serving on the till was very efficient and a good salesman. Very easy to travel zoo and it is very close to Old St station which is the northern line, Also, bus routes 135, 271, 141, 43, 55, 2430, short, walking distance away.

   Their advertisement says Tuesday 2 for 1. This is the first time I come into this place. I ordered 2 mains on their self-checkout machine, paid, trusting them to have price of one, then realised it’s full price. I asked the waiter, who claimed he has no control over the machine, and what I paid is what I should pay. Never come in again
