   I bought a pair of shoes from here last week. When I got them home I realised they were faulty. The fancy end was not on one of the laces which is elasticated so therefore will not stay through the eyelet. I live 10 miles away but having read on the website they open at 11am I did the 20 mile round trip. I got there for 11. I waited and I waited. Many people tried the shop which was still closed. I was informed severely times that it never opens before 20 past. Eventually it opened at 11.30. Having told them thr problem they said they'd mend it. The man borrowed his wife's glasses which he couldn't see through properly and said he didn't have the right tools. So instead of having a bodged up job I said I'd have something else and just grabbed a different pair in a different colour. At no time did i get an apology for the late opening or the imperfect goods. Needless to say I wont be shopping there again!!!

   Have bought a pair of shoes previously and wanted to look at others. Advertises as being open from 10.30, but at 11.15 was still closed. Website does not seem to exist.
