   bought a Montpellier MTD30P 3kg Vented Tumble Dryer.i phoned them to make sure it was new and boxed which they said it was as i would have cancelled it.when it came it had a piece of card board protecting the door and bubble wrapped,i have E.mailed them many times and they just ignore me.the dryer has a dent in the side and does not dry the clothes very well.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

   Saw an LG S70TR Soundbar advertised here that was far far far cheaper than Currys, John Lewis & Argos. (almost too good to be true cheaper) Like many others, I read the reviews about this company and had some trepidation about ordering. I'm big enough and silly enough to make my own mistakes and for the price I thought I would take a punt. What arrived 3 days after ordering was a Brand New, Unopened LG S70TR Soundbar. Perfect condition. I set it up yesterday and it works like a charm. Why wouldn't it though, its brand new!! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. People are always quick to leave a negative review for poor service but not everyone will leave a positive one when they get good service. Sometimes you have to take that into account. My experience with this company was all good :)

   Bought online a Sony HT-S2000 soundbar for 2/3rds of prices elsewhere. It arrived 3 working days later in what was clearly original Sony boxing. Easy to set up and install and works as it should. Based on my experience this company deserve my 5 star rating. Well done!

   Very dodgy company based in a run down part of Birmingham! As a previous customer stated, they trade under several company names, including Premier AV Centre, Total Digital, and on Amazon as Electronic Empire. It’s likely that they sell faulty items which they have sourced for knock down prices. Hence why some of their prices are lower at times than reputable stores. When trying to return, even if the item has remained completely sealed and unopened (for example when you reach home and read these reviews over the next few days!), they refuse to communicate with you. Once you do manage to speak to them (using a different number) they lie about their names (for instance Harry pretends to be Ray!), and then proceed to tell you that you have passed their seven day return policy (which was 28 days when purchasing), and that they will charge you a 20% restocking fee (no mention of this on their documentations)! If something is too good to be true, it usually is. So please beware, and in fact stay away. Having multiple reviews saying the same thing is no coincidence. Through some digging around and research, I have also discovered their positive reviews to be bogus. Fake reviews basically, created by themselves (and maybe friends/family) through various other accounts and names. Please don’t take any risks. Just wait and shop around. Even if it means paying a few quid extra, you’ll be happy you did when your purchase is legitimate, it works, and you won’t have that horrible feeling of being scammed.

   bought a Samsung TV QE55Q60B from the online store, at a fantastic price. we received a call to arrange delivery within 3 days of placing the order. it arrived on time and in perfect condition. despite coming from Birmingham they had 2 guys who delivered it directly to my livingroom. polite and friendly. the product itself is as described and we are very pleased with out purchase. I will be using them again as I've had nightmares buying tvs on-line.

   Absolutely brilliant service from these guys! Our washing machine broke down and was beyond repair. I looked at the usual places (AO/Currys) but had no joy. Currys were 10 to 21 days for delivery which was no good to me! Then I found a Beko on Total Digitals website. I ordered the machine on the Thursday and it was delivered on the Monday! A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend

   I ordered Friday afternoon/evening and it arrived Saturday at 1pm. Amazing service! Ex-display model but works brilliantly. No marks on it or anything. I even got what I think is an extra attachment for the dyson which I was planning on buying for an extra £40. Overall I saved about £100. VERY happy with my purchase.
