   Yesterday, I visited the Stratford restaurant around 7:30 PM. The staff member named Laiba provided excellent customer service. I have visited many times when Laiba has been working, and she always handles everything in a very professional and polite manner. Even though the till and SSK were not working, she managed the orders efficiently and calmly using the till. She guided customers properly, explained everything clearly, and remained very polite throughout. I was really impressed with her attitude and dedication. She truly provides very good customer service and is a great asset to your team. Thank you for having such a hardworking and customer-focused staff member in stratford

   This wrapped kebab would be fairly ok, as it had a right amount of meat, only for the fact that it was cold! Not even close to be warm. And it was for both- a tortilla and meat. Disappointing. I won't bother coming back here.

   If I have less than zero I will post it really I ordered chicken rice box with extra chicken I received normally as the lady was have already 6 boxes and she didn’t know what she make , I ordered 1 beef and one chicken I received all beef . Worker too much slow no health and safety follow too much dirty and not clean I spent £28 for nothing and waiting time is over 30 minutes really shut service and everything ever again the customer service what I received is zero and the food I didn’t even test it as everything was wrong zero and I will reported for council health and safety

   I've been using this branch for about a year now, buying in shop and ordering via app. In my opinion, not all the staff that work there is good enough and it has negative influence on the food and service. However, some guys there are really good and professional. I've experienced beef burnt, cut and left in the tray, and so it was soaked with oil. Lately, chicken kebab had fat in it. Where from? The bread, over the last months they were either experimenting with it or saving on energy costs by not toasting it. The salad - it's far from German Doner salad, more Indian version. Portions are smaller and smaller, and the latest app order was simply - a joke. I wish you could improve! (Please stick to portion size and recipe.)

   Rubbish donee not cooked taste less Not like before it was good before and no sauce at all when i asked for sauce they said it’s inside but was nothing in there . They use to give separate sauce before not any more .
