   I visited this shop on Sunday there were 4 young kids running the shop dancing around singing loudly, the tall lad with the Mohican was swearing … no interest in the customers it was a joke

   Don't know how to run a shop. Feels more like a music shop with how often they change music not even a minute through. Went in today and the staffs friends came in laughing and dancing in the middle of the shop. Not very welcoming.

   Was in your Castleford junction 32 store 28/04/18 trying on boots my friend decided to buy. Your very young staff decided to start acting stupid laughing and joking in and out of the back door leaving the store un attended at one point customer left with no asistance. The staff were all very young and there seemed no management in the store at all. I'm very disgusted with the service and attitude of your staff on this day. The staff only noticed my friend after loads of messing around and laughing and joking. Very poor indeed.
