   Received Poor quality products. Waited five weeks to order some floor joists and plaster boards (then an additional week from payment - which is fair enough in the current climate). Joseph Parr (Alco) had been recommended to me through friends and a trusted trade person I know, but have been left very disappointed by the quality of the timber and the linings on the plasterboard. Contacted Joseph Parr, and was offered the option of the items being collected and a reimbursement , replacements would have been the solution for us - but this was never offered as an option. In addition to having to receive it all roadside and having to be left it to unpack and then inspect - I don't think its the best service for public customers either.

   Rang on the Thursday for materials to be delivered for Saturday morning they said no problem I asked if I could come in and pay Friday I went in the afternoon paid up and was well looked after and professionally treated. Even the driver rang me friday late afternoon to confirm a time with me and he was there on time given the traffic too and was very polite and professional. Will 100% recommend and will not use any other place now.

   Just want to say a huge thanks to the young woman with curly brown hair and friendly smile. I came into the store looking quite lost in search of materials on a list of paper id been given off our fitting team to help them out with a job their working on. The young woman came to the rescue and instantly picked up everything I needed in a second and then if that wasn't enough the same woman went out into the yard to get the last item and said wait in the car I'll get it for you. This woman is an absolute credit to your company and store. Product Knowledge 10/10 Service 10/10 products 10/10 and will always come back and reccomend your store to others.
