   I needed a wetsuit, and after looking around online they seemed to have a good selection. We saw a good selection but where informed that a larger selection was available online. We tried one on and one of the assistants was asked for advice and he helped out on how it should fit etc. We purchased one and were happy with the shop, layout and the staff.

   Fine for casual outdoor clothing. I wouldn't buy from here if I were climbing Ben Nevis or doing any serious hiking where your survival might depend on your clothing and equipment. However, for winter coats and boots for daily use, the prices are excellent.

   I visited the shop yesterday with some shoes I’d bought online which I really liked but didn’t seem to fit right. Fraser at The Springs branch was incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable about the different types of shoe and how they should fit your feet, and was able to help me find the right pair and exchange them. The best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in a long time. So helpful, thank you.
